Oh, Deers!

There's a new business that has everyone's attention in San Andreas right now, and that is Magic & Deers. While the name of the business itself doesn't give much away, one step inside of their location at Legion Square and you'll understand the true magic behind Magic & Deers. The interior itself is unique in the city, castle-like in design with stone floors and heavy wooden tables for guests to sit at (and leave messages on their chalkboards!) Follow the red carpet past the heavy doors and you'll find yourself at the main counter where you get a peek at some of the "backstage" decor-- and this is where the real magic happens! Magic & Deers isn't a typical business in the sense of selling physical goods like a clothing store, a restaurant, or other retail business. Instead, Magic & Deers sells you an experience. What is this experience, you might ask? Well, it's in the form of quests! At Magic & Deers, you become an adventurer, which many individuals in San Andreas now proudly proclaim themselves as (and other adventurers will know exactly what they mean). As an adventurer, you can select from a number of offered quests concocted by a team of brilliant writers and creators, aimed to challenge you. Quests are signed up for at one end of the counter and turned in at the other end of the counter for experience or other goodies such as potions. Rumor has it there is even a leaderboard in the city, and a top-ten spot has a lot of adventurers biking, sprinting, and diving to get there. While you can do many quests alone, it's recommended that you go in a group, as there's more fun to be had. Magic & Deers questlines (you won't find spoilers here) appear to be aimed at getting folks out and about-- seeing the city, meeting new people, and visiting places they might not have before. Some adventurers have even created adventuring outfits which they wear while out completing whichever task they've chosen! While not all quests are available to you immediately, there also isn't a limit (yet) to how many quests you can do at one time. So, readers-- grab your cameras, your best adventuring spirit (and maybe a sturdy pair of shoes) and give this magical place a visit- you might just find your new hobby and perhaps a friend or two along the way.
